Race Schedule

Friday July 26, 2013	Windsor High School Windsor, CA
11:30 AM	Expo Opens

12:00 PM	Athlete Check-in / Race Number Pick-up
Athletes will pick up their race numbers, t-shirts and other race materials at this time. Area will close at 8:30 PM

12:30 PM	Run Gear Drop Off Begins
Athletes who have already checked in and picked up their race numbers are required to begin checking in their run gear into the bike/run transition area at Windsor High School. Run gear drop off will continue until 8:30 PM

11:30AM,12:30PM,1:30PM 2:30PM,3:30PM,4:30PM 5:30PM,6:30PM	Pre-Race Meeting (You are required to attend a pre-race meeting so please plan accordingly!)
Important course information and USAT rules will be discussed at this meeting.

7:00 PM	Expo Closes
8:30 PM	Athlete Check-in / Packet Pick-up & Run Gear Drop Off close.

Saturday July 27, 2013	Johnson's Beach	Guerneville, CA
5:00 AM	Transition Areas open at Johnson's Beach and Windsor High School

6:30 AM	Swim Wave 1	TBD
6:33 AM	Swim Wave 2	TBD
6:36 AM	Swim Wave 3	TBD
6:39 AM	Swim Wave 4	TBD
6:42 AM	Swim Wave 5	TBD
6:45 AM	Swim Wave 6	TBD
6:48 AM	Swim Wave 7	TBD

9:02 AM	Swim Course Closes
NOTE: Full Vineman athletes not making the swim finish by 9:02am will not be allowed to continue on to the bike portion.

Windsor High School		Windsor, CA
12:00 PM	Shuttle buses begin taking athletes back to Johnson's Beach (buses depart approximately every 30 minutes - last one departs at 11:30pm)
12:15 PM	First Vineman Cyclist Finishes

1:30 PM	Bike Course Loop 1 Cut Off

3:30 PM	First Vineman Finisher

5:30 PM	Bike Course Closes
NOTE: Any athletes not completing the bike course by 5:30pm will not be allowed to continue.

9:00 PM	Run Lap 3 - Course Cut Off
NOTE: Full Vineman athletes must start lap 3 of the run by 9pm or they will not be allowed to continue.

11:00 PM	Course Closes
11:30 PM	Last Shuttle Bus departs for Johnson's Beach
NOTE: Vineman Course officially closes. Athletes on the course will be transported back to the finish area.

10:30 AM	The Full Vineman Awards ceremony and slideshow!
