Refund Policy
You may withdraw until July 3rd and receive back your entry fee, minus a $100 administration charge. Beyond this date refunds will not be given for ANY reason.
PLEASE NOTE:Refunds will not be given in our Full Vineman "3 for 2" special, if only one athlete is withdrawing.
If you need to withdraw from the race please notify us via email to: amy@vineman.com stating your intent to withdraw, which race you are withdrawing from and include your full mailing address.
We do not allow rollovers to future years races and entries are NOT transferable to another person.
However, you may transfer your entry to one of our other events within the same race year. There is a $25 fee to make the change.
Refunds will be processed from the Vineman office in the form of a check and will be mailed to you within 4 weeks.
