PLEASE NOTE: We do not allow rollovers to future years races and entries are NOT transferable to another person. There are no exceptions to this so please do not ask!
You may transfer your entry to another Vineman event within the same race year (if the other event is not already sold) but it MUST be done prior to the refund deadline. There is a $25 fee due as well as any difference in entry fee to make the change. For more information please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Deadline for refunds: (this applies to Full Vineman Relay and Individual events)
June 21, 2015, 11:59pm. Requests will not be accepted after this date no matter how close to the deadline you are or the reason for withdrawal.
Through March 31: Entry fee paid less a $100 administrative fee. (fees charged by active.com are not figured into your refund amount.)
April 1 through June 21: Entry fee paid less a $125 administrative fee. (fees charged by active.com are not figured into your refund amount.)
For those registered under the "buy 1, get 1 50% off" the following also applies:
NOTE: If one of the two people withdraws from the race the regular refund administrative fees apply.
Additionally, if one of the two people withdraws, the second person will be moved into the "individual" category and charged the difference of their entry fee as the first person has now withdrawn.
If one of you are able to find someone to take the spot (before withdrawing) then the still registered athlete may remain in the "promo" category.
To request a refund:
In an email please include:
-The race from which you are withdrawing.
-Your full name and mailing address.
If your address has changed since the time you registered you will need to include your former address as well.
-Send your email to: email@example.com.
Refunds will be processed from the Vineman office in the form of a check and will be mailed to you within 4 weeks.
