Refund Policy

You may withdraw until July 5th and receive back your entry fee, minus a $75 administration charge.                                                                                                                  PLEASE NOTE:Refunds will not be given in our Full Vineman special, "Buy 2 get one free" only one athlete is withdrawing.

After this deadline there will be NO REFUNDS of any sort, for any reason. Refunds for all participants will be given by check through our office.(Vineman Inc.) Entries are NOT TRANSFERABLE between years, events or athletes.

If you need to withdraw from the race please notify us stating your intent to withdraw via email to: amy@vineman.com

Please be sure to include which race you are withdrawing from and your full mailing address.
