Special Foods Bags
The 2009 Full Vineman special foods bag process will run as follows:BIKE:
-If you would like a special needs bag available on race day you may pick up an empty bag in the registration room (see Amy or Barb) and label it with your race number.
-On race morning there will be a Vineman Official at the corner of Church St and First St collecting these from you before you head down to the beach.
-The bike special foods pick up area will be located at Bike Aid Station #4 on Windsor River Rd.
-You will not be handed your bag, you must stop and collect your items individually.
-Although we will be bringing unclaimed bags to the swim bag pick up area after the bike course has closed, please do not leave anything of value in the bags as we cannot guarantee that they will be returned to you.
RUN:
-For the run special needs you will be allowed to leave any special items at your transition spot in the bike to run transition area. Since you will be running past this area 2 times during the marathon you will be allowed to enter T2 and get what you need. There will be no special location for these.
