Refund Policy
You may withdraw until March 20 and receive back your entry fee, minus a $25 administration charge. We do not allow rollovers to future years races.
After this deadline there will be NO REFUNDS of any sort, for any reason. Refunds for all participants will be given by check through our office.(Vineman Inc.) Entries are NOT TRANSFERABLE between years, events or athletes.
If you need to withdraw from the race please notify us stating your intent to withdraw via email to: amy@vineman.com and be sure to include which race you are withdrawing from and your full mailing address.
