Athlete Check-in / Race Number Pick-up

Athletes will pick up their race numbers, t-shirts and other race materials at this time. Area will close at 8:00 PM
   

2:00 PM

Run Gear Drop Off Begins

Athletes who have already checked in and picked up their race numbers are strongly encourage to begin checking in their run gear into the bike/run transition area at Windsor High School. Run gear drop off will continue until 8:00 PM
   

3:30 PM

Pre-Race Meeting & Course Talk - Full Vineman Relay

Important information about the Full Vineman Relay course will be discussed at this meeting.
   

5:00 PM

Pre-Race Meeting & Course Talk - Barb's Relay

Important information about the Barb's Relay course will be discussed at this meeting.
   

8:00 PM

Site closes

Registration, expo and run gear drop ends.

NOTE: Athletes not making the swim finish by 9:15am will not be allowed to continue

Bike Course Closes

NOTE: Any athletes not completing the bike course by 5:30pm will not be allowed to officially continue.
   

9:00 PM

Run Lap 3 - Course Cut-Off

NOTE: Full Vineman Relay athletes must start lap 3 of the run by 9pm or they will not be allowed to officially continue.
   

11:00 PM

Course Closes

NOTE: Vineman Course officially closes. Athletes on the course will be transported back to the finish area.
