Refund Policy

You may withdraw until June 22nd to receive back your entry fee, minus a $75 administration charge. If your request is received after 11:59pm on this date you will not receive a refund - no exceptions!

After this deadline there will be NO REFUNDS of any sort, for any reason. Refunds for all participants will be given by check through our office.(Vineman Inc.) Entries are NOT TRANSFERABLE between years, events or athletes.

If you need to withdraw from the race please notify us via email to: amy@vineman.com stating your intent to withdraw, which race you are withdrawing from and include your full mailing address.
