As an Ironman World Championship 70.3 qualifier, the Ironman 70.3 Vineman Triathlon hosts 2,300 athletes from across the U.S and a number of foreign countries. Including competitors’ friends and family along with local fans of endurance sports, expo attendance is expected to be 8,000 people.

Vendors at the July 14 expo receive a complimentary 10’ x 10’ booth at the finish line on race day, July 15.
Rates are as follows for Vineman Ironman 70.3:
$800 for 10’ x 10’ Untented space - $900 for tented 10’ x 10’
$1200 for 10’ x 20’ Untented space - $1350 for tented 10’ x 20’
$1800 for 20’ x 20’ Untented space - $2200 for tented 20’ x 20’

Full Vineman/Barb's Race
Friday, July 27, 2012 - 11:30am until 7:00pm

As the oldest ironman distance race in the continental United States the Full Vineman, along with Barb's Race (the only all women's half ironman distance race in the world) have continued to gain in popularity over the years which now draw a field of approximately 2100 athletes.

Vendors at the July 27 Full Vineman and Barb’s Race Expo will receive a complimentary booth on race day, July 28.
Rates below are for vendors at only the Full Vineman/Barb's Race:
$300 for 10’ x 10’ Untented space - $400 for tented 10’ x 10’
$400 for 10’ x 20’ Untented space - $500 for tented 10’ x 20’
$600 for 20’ x 20’ Untented space - $1000 for tented 20’ x 20’
You will receive a discount if your fee is paid in full before June 15, 2012
*$150 discount if you sign up for the 70.3 expo or if you sign up for both expos.
**$75 discount if you sign up for the Full Vineman expo.
One eight-foot table and two chairs will be provided per 10’x10’ area. You can pay to have extra tables but they must be ordered in advance (before July 7). There will be a limited number of spaces with access to electricity, available on a first come, first serve basis. Race day space does NOT include tent, table or chairs.)
Important Details

Registration hours for Ironman 70.3 Vineman are 10:00am - 8:00pm and registration hours for the Full Vineman and Barb’s Race are 12:00pm – 8:30pm.

Vendors may begin setup at 7:00am on July 14 and may begin setup at 9:00am on July 27.

The expo is outdoors in an unsecured area so there is no set up the night before.

If you are going to also have a booth at the finish line you must supply your own equipment (tents, tables, chairs, etc.)
Out of town vendors should secure lodging ASAP! Please go to our "Travel & Hotels" section on the website for information on accomodations.
Race Day Finish Line Expo
All vendors at the Packet Pick-Up Expo will receive a complimentary 10’ x 10’ space the following day (race day) at the finish line. You must indicate if you want a finish line space on the registration form.
Setup must be completed before 8:00am for Ironman 70.3 Vineman.
Setup for the Full Vineman and Barb’s Race set up must be completed by 10:30am.
Vendors will need to supply all items needed for the finish line expo (tables, chairs, etc. will NOT be provided).
The Town of Windsor has a 1% sales tax and it is the responsibility of each vendor to report their sales in the Town of Windsor on their sales tax forms.
