2010 Vineman Ironman 70.3 Triathlon Race Expo
Saturday, July 17th, 2010 - 10:00 AM until 7:00 PM
As an Ironman 70.3 World Championship Qualifier (Clearwater, FL), the Vineman Ironman 70.3 Triathlon hosts 2,000 athletes from across the U.S and a number of foreign countries. Including competitors’ friends and family along with local fans of endurance sports, expo attendance is expected to be 8,000 people. Vendors at the July 18th Expo ALSO receive a complementary 10’ x 10’ booth at the finish line on race day. Also vendors at the July 31st Full Vineman and Barb’s Race Expo will receive a complimentary booth on race day (August 1st).
Rates are as follows for Vineman Ironman 70.3:
$800 for 10’ x 10’ Untented space - $900 for tented 10’ x 10’
$1200 10’ x 20’ Untented space - $1350 for tented 10’ x 20’
$1800 20’ x 20’ Untented space - $2200 for tented 20’ x 20’
Rates below are for vendors at only the Full Vineman/Barb's Race:
$300 for 10’ x 10’ Untented space - $400 for tented 10’ x 10’
$400 10’ x 20’ Untented space - $500 for tented 10’ x 20’
** A discount of $50 is offered to expo vendors paid in full by June 20th **
One eight-foot table and two chairs will be provided per 10’x10’ area. You can pay to have extra tables but they must be ordered in advance (before July 10). There will be a limited number of spaces with access to electricity, available on a first come, first serve basis. Race day space does NOT include tent, table or chairs.)
Important Details

Registration for Vineman Ironman 70.3 runs from 10:30am until 8:00pm / Full & Barb’s from 2:00 – 8:00pm

The 7/17 expo runs from 10:00am until 7:00pm & the 7/30 expo from Noon till 7:00pm.

Vendors may begin setup at 7:00am on 7/17. Setup begins at 9:00am on 7/30

The expo is outdoors in an unsecured area so there is no set up the night before.

Finish line exhibitors must supply their own equipment (tents, tables, chairs, etc.)

Race Day Finish Line Expo
All vendors with expo spaces at the Packet Pick-Up Expo will receive a complimentary 10’ x 10’ space at the Finish Line Expo; indicate if you want a Finish Line Space on the registration form. Setup must be complete before 8:00am for Vineman Ironman 70.3. For the Full Vineman and Barb’s Race set up by 10:30am as the finish line area will be closed to cars after this time. Vendors will need to supply all items needed for the finish line expo (tables, chairs, etc. will NOT be provided). The Town of Windsor has a 1% sales tax and it is the responsibility of each vendor to report their sales in the Town of Windsor on their sales tax forms.
