Refund Policy
You may withdraw until July 3rd and receive back your entry fee, minus a $75 administration charge for the Full AquaBike and $50 for the Half AquaBike.
After this deadline there will be NO REFUNDS of any sort, for any reason. Refunds for all participants will be given by check through our office.(Vineman Inc.) Entries are NOT TRANSFERABLE between years, events or athletes.
If you need to withdraw from the race please notify us stating your intent to withdraw. Be sure to include your mailing address and which race you are withdrawing from and send your request via email to: amy@vineman.com
