Refund Policy

Please read the policy and instructions for withdrawal before contacting Vineman:

PLEASE NOTE: We do not allow rollovers to future years races and entries are NOT transferable to another person. There are no exceptions to this so please do not ask! 

Deadline for withdrawal: August 7, 2013 (requests will not be accepted after this date no matter how close to the deadline you are or the reason for withdrawal - no exceptions!)

Refund amount: Base entry fee paid less a $20 administrative fee. (fees charged by active.com are not figured into your refund amount.)

To request a refund:
In an email please include the following: 
Your full name and mailing address. If your address has changed since the time you registered please be sure to include your former address. 
Send your email to: amy@vineman.com.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed from the Vineman office in the form of a check and will be mailed to you within 4 weeks.
