The expo is outdoors at the Windsor High School in Windsor, CA.  This also is the site of the race finish line and bike-to-run transition area.  Directions to Windsor High School and complete event information are available at www.vineman.com. Ironman 70.3 Vineman
Saturday, July 13, 2013 - 10:00am until 7:00pm

  • As an Ironman World Championship 70.3 qualifier, the Ironman 70.3 Vineman Triathlon hosts 2,300 athletes from across the U.S and a number of foreign countries. Including competitors’ friends and family along with local fans of endurance sports, expo attendance is expected to be 8,000 people.
  • Vendors at the July 13 expo receive a complimentary 10’ x 10’ booth at the finish line on race day, July 14.

Rates are as follows for Ironman 70.3 Vineman:

         $700 for 10’ x 10’ Untented space  -  $800 for tented  10’ x 10’        

              $1100 for 10’ x 20’ Untented space  -  $1250 for tented  10’ x 20’              

   $1700 for 20’ x 20’ Untented space  -  $2100 for tented  20’ x 20’

Full Vineman/Barb's Race

Friday, July 26, 2013 - 11:30am until 7:00pm 

  • The Full Vineman, the oldest ironman distance race in the continental United States, along with Barb's Race (the only all women's half ironman distance race in the world) have gained great popularity over the years and now draw a field of approximately 2100 athletes.
  • Vendors at the July 26 Full Vineman and Barb’s Race Expo will receive a complimentary booth on race day, July 27.  


               Rates below are for vendors at only the Full Vineman/Barb's Race:
                        

 $400 for 10’ x 10’ Untented space  -  $500 for tented  10’ x 10’        

$500 for 10’ x 20’ Untented space  -  $600 for tented  10’ x 20’ 

$700 for 20’ x 20’ Untented space  -  $1100 for tented  20’ x 20’   
     

You will receive the following discount if your fee is paid in full before

May 15, 2013

*$150 discount if you sign up for the 70.3 expo or if you sign up for both expos.
**$75 discount if you sign up for the Full Vineman expo

June 15, 2013

*$100 discount if you sign up for the 70.3 expo or if you sign up for both expos.
**$50 discount if you sign up for the Full Vineman expo

One eight-foot table and two chairs will be provided per 10’x10’ area. If extra tables are needed they are available at a cost of $15 per table. These need to be ordered by July 3.  There will be a limited number of spaces with access to electricity, available on a first come, first serve basis.  Race day space does NOT include tent, table or chairs.)

Important Details

  • Registration hours for Ironman 70.3 Vineman are 10:00am - 8:00pm and registration hours for the Full Vineman and Barb’s Race are 12:00pm – 8:30pm.
  • Vendors may begin setup at 7:00am on July 13 and may begin setup at 9:00am on July 26.
  • The expo is outdoors in an unsecured area so there is no set up the night before.
  • If you are going to also have a booth at the finish line you must supply your own equipment (tents, tables, chairs, etc.)

Race Day Finish Line Expo

All expo vendors will receive a complimentary 10’ x 10’ space the following day (race day) at the finish line.
  • You must indicate on the registration form if you want a finish line space.
    Setup must be completed before 8:00am for Ironman 70.3 Vineman and 10:30am for the Full Vineman/Barb's Race
  • Vendors will need to supply all items needed for the finish line expo (tables, chairs, etc. will NOT be provided). 
  • The Town of Windsor has a 1% sales tax and it is the responsibility of each vendor to report their sales in the Town of Windsor on their sales tax forms.
