Race Schedule

Friday July 27, 2012		Windsor High School
11:30 AM	Expo Opens

12:00 PM	Athlete Check-in / Race Number Pick-up
Athletes will pick up their race numbers, t-shirts and other race materials at this time. Area will close at 8:30 PM

12:30 PM	Run Gear Drop Off Begins
Athletes who have already picked up their race number should plan to drop off their run gear in T2. Run gear drop off will end at 8:30 PM

11:30AM,12:30PM,1:30PM, 2:30PM,3:30PM,4:30PM 5:30PM,6:30PM,7.:30PM	Pre-Race Meeting & Course Talk **Please NOTE that your attendance at a pre-race meeting is mandatory. You will not be able to pick up your race packet until you have attended a meeting.
Important information about the Barb's Race course will be discussed at this meeting.

7:00 PM	Expo Closes
8:30 PM	Athlete Check-in and Race Number Pick-up closes.
Registration, expo and run gear drop ends.

Saturday July 28, 2012		Johnson's Beach
5:00 AM	Transition Areas open at Johnson's Beach and Windsor High School

8:11 AM	Swim Wave 1	TBD
8:14 AM	Swim Wave 2	TBD
8:17 AM	Swim Wave 3	TBD
**Swim course closes at 9:37am
		Windsor High School
3:30 PM	Barb's Race Awards
Awards ceremony will be held in the quad at Windsor High School, adjacent to the finish line.
